Services & pricing
These are current transfer rates. Your online total is an estimate. Philip assesses the media first, then sends a final invoice. Payment is by PayPal or e-transfer before files and originals are returned.

Loose photographs are preferred. Album work may be extra.
Minimum charge $40. If you have a volume discount code, enter it on the order form. Unusual formats are welcome if you supply an RCA-compatible player — those are quoted after assessment.
Photo albums
Removing photographs from some albums — especially glued-in pages — can damage the photos, the album, or both. That work costs extra. If an album needs destructive disassembly, Philip may not reconstruct it. Send loose prints whenever you can, and describe album condition on the order form.
What you pay, and when
- The order page shows an Estimated Order Total, not a checkout charge.
- After the package arrives and the media is assessed, you receive a final invoice.
- Invoices are due within 30 days.
- PayPal or e-transfer only. Payment must clear before return shipping.
